Ashlee Adkins is a passionate servant of Christ with deep roots in Kentucky. Her journey in faith began in childhood, leading to a lifelong commitment to church ministry. Ashlee's diverse background combines over two decades of corporate experience with a strong calling to spiritual leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University and holds over two decades of corporate experience in roles spanning Executive Assistance, Project Coordination, Data Analysis, and Human Resources.

In 2014, Ashlee pursued her calling to ministry by enrolling in the Master of Divinity program at Western Theological Seminary. During her studies, she served as Assistant Pastor of Missions and Outreach at Revolution Church of Kentucky. Upon completing her MDiv in 2019, she transitioned to full-time ministry as Associate Pastor at Saint John United Methodist Church, where she led Discipleship, Mission, and Marketing initiatives while also providing leadership alongside the Senior Pastor in preaching, daily operations, and administrative functions.

In January 2024, Ashlee embarked on a new phase of her ministry. She now owns a life coaching business and partners with CrossPoint Ministry in various ways, focusing on supporting ministry professionals in their personal growth and leadership development.

Ashlee's mission is to foster healing and growth in servant leaders, empowering them to better serve God's Kingdom. She resides in Louisville with her husband of nine years, Chris, and their three young children.
