Beka was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and moved to East Tennessee right before beginning her 8th-grade school year. She is the oldest of 6 siblings and grew up spending as much time as she could outdoors. Her dad started pastoring a small church when she was in middle school, so attending church and church ministry was a huge part of her life growing up. Beka was also really involved in sports during middle school and high school, playing volleyball and basketball until she graduated. She continued to play volleyball throughout college for Tennessee Temple University.
Beka graduated from Tennessee Temple University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2004 and got married the same year. She and her husband have been married for 18 years and have 3 children ages 16,14, and 13.
Self-growth and encouraging others to grow are something that has always been a part of her DNA. She loves seeing others live a life that they were uniquely gifted and created to live; a life full of purpose and meaning! In following this passion further, she decided to complete a master's in human services counseling from Liberty University in December 2019.
Beka previously worked as the Program Director at Project Free 2 Fly, a nonprofit helping women transition from hard life circumstances to a life of sustainability. Serving in this role gave her countless hours of one-on-one time coaching, counseling, and encouraging women to reach their full potential. After serving in this role for two years, Beka transitioned to full-time life coaching on her own.
