Brett Louis grew up in a suburb of Kansas City, Kansas. He completed a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and worked as a therapist for several years before heading back to school to complete a Master's of Divinity degree. Brett then planted a church in Woodbury, MN, where he served as lead pastor for almost fifteen years, helping to plant two additional churches along the way. He has completed CrossPoint Ministry’s two-year Soul Care Institute and is certified as a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP). He started his own coaching and consulting business and has coached both individuals and couples in a variety of contexts for many years.
Brett knows from personal experience how hard it can be to lead and has a deep passion to offer leaders a safe space where they can be honest, heal, grow, and thrive both personally and professionally. He finds His ultimate joy and hope in Christ and desires to comfort others with the comfort He has received from Christ (2 Cor. 1:3-4).
Brett is married to Molly and has five wonderful kids. He played NCAA Division I baseball, loves Cape Cod, and enjoys reading and exploring. His “claim to fame” is that he once caught for Roger Clemens…for just fifteen minutes.
