James Santos


James Santos has been inspired and captivated by Crosspoint’s vision and mission.  He has sought in this with God life how to show up and be known in his transformed and transforming presence.  He and his wife, Terra, have attended Deeper Journey retreats since 2014, been trained in Enneagram work, and attended the first Soul Care Institute.  His unique calling and creative expression through all his training, coaching, and mentorship through Crosspoint are to help undo aloneness in others where they are seen, known, valued, and loved. 

James's pastoral and therapeutic posture is grounded in God’s Story through Scripture and informed by a healing-oriented, mind/body experiential therapy with roots in affective neuroscience, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology. This experiential knowledge and stance are in service for the care of souls.  

James’s areas of competency and experience include being a practitioner, educator, and facilitator in various contexts. He has been in pastoral ministries for over 20 years. He received theological training at Southern Seminary. He is a non-staff minister for pastoral care at Sojourn North Church in Goshen, KY.  His heart is to help advocate and guide others on the journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, relational integrity, and spiritual flourishing. In addition to his private practice work at Cornerstone Care, James serves as a corporate chaplain and life coach at Manna Inc. providing emotional and spiritual care.
