Matt Wallace

Matt loves to learn, explore, clarify, strategize, develop and grow. He grew up in the heartland (Oklahoma & Missouri) and has lived in the Southwest (New Mexico), SoCal, and now Texas. Matt and his wife, Meg, have been married for over twenty years. Having endured numerous fertility issues years ago, they now praise Jesus for 7 biological children. They have lived in the Texas Hill Country for over six years. As a family, they know unprecedented hardships and ongoing challenges and the fruit that comes from a life rooted in God. With all of the kids still at home, they spend a lot of time doing laundry, coloring, playing sports, visiting the ER, singing, and dancing in the kitchen.

Matt’s passion is the development of spiritual leaders who pursue success and health that truly matters. Having served over 25 years in pastoral ministry, he understands the pressures of leadership and the perseverance necessary to create healthy people, relationships, and organizations. Matt is highly relational, empathetic, and pastoral. He is also a clear, strategic thinker who partners with churches, nonprofits and businesses to engage in the unique mess of each environment in order to seek clarity, align teams, and equip leaders with sustainable rhythms & focus. He has significant experience with crisis interventions, leadership coaching, culture change, staff development, strategic planning, mentor programs, church plants, business development, building projects, relational conciliation, network development, and executive leadership.

At the end of the day, Matt loves Jesus, the Bible, and his family. There's nothing he wants more in life than his wife & kids to know God intimately, discern his voice, and walk in a relationship with him. And there's nothing he wants more for the church than to gather around the name of Jesus, see the Holy Spirit work in power, and enjoy one another in ways that draw non-believers.
