Rodney is the son of a pastor and has been in and around pastoral ministry his whole life. He was born in Florida, but has called Louisville, Kentucky home since 1998.

Rodney has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and is in the process of finishing an M.Div. in Christian Ministry at Southern Seminary. He is also certified through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals as a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) and has completed CrossPoint’s two-year Soul Care Institute. Rodney has been coaching at CrossPoint for a little over two years.

Although he has worked with CrossPoint for a few years, Rodney officially joined the staff team in February 2023. He has a passion for helping hurting people grow in relationship and move forward in recovery. CrossPoint’s care model offers folks the opportunity to bring into the light that which has been kept in the dark and be transformed by the love of God in relationship.

Rodney and his wife and live in Louisville, Kentucky with their three beautiful girls. He enjoys playing basketball, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.
