PROGRAM DIRECTOR

I am a true “Okie from Muskogee!”  I was born in Muskogee, OK and grew up in East Tennessee where I fell in the love with the mountains and learned the art of southern hospitality.  I went to college at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN and earned a B.S. in psychology with an emphasis in Women’s Ministry.  Five days after I graduated from college I married my high school sweetheart, Clifton Roth.  I count it one of my greatest gifts and adventures to mother our 3 beautiful girls who are all named after flowers.

I have experience in the corporate world and as a pastor’s wife.   I have been trained and mentored in a Relational Modality of Soul Care which honors the relational created design, the psychological developmental realities, and the transcendent relationship we can experience with God through Christ.  I count it one of my greatest privileges to journey alongside people as they attend to personal growth, disappointments, betrayals, wounds, life-transitions, and spiritual formation.  I am trained in consulting on the Enneagram Personality Profile. I often work with women who have experienced relational betrayal in marriage, and I count it a great joy to provide a space for pastor’s wives and leading women in the church to encourage discovery,  renewal, and healing as needed.
