We’ll start with an interview with your leadership, team and/or other parties. We’ll find out what’s needed and how we can help. We'll finish this by sending you a proposal.

After our initial assessment and agreed upon proposal we’ll do some data gathering, continue with specific interviews, collect member meeting minutes and other pertinent information.

We’ll present our findings to the leadership. You will receive a copy of our comprehensive report compete with recommendations.

After sharing our report and analysis we’ll work through your specific plan for growth and steps to take to move toward health.

We’ll reach out and be available to you for ongoing check-ins or check-ups as needed or requested.
