Why the WEPSS?
The WEPSS or Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales was created by Dr. Jerome Wagner, Ph.D. Jerome or “Jerry” is a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor, consultant in private practice, and emeritus faculty member in the Department of Psychology and Institute of Pastoral Studies at Loyola University, Chicago and has been researching and teaching the Enneagram since 1980.
Among the earliest students of the Enneagram in the United States, Dr. Wagner's dissertation was one of the first written descriptions of the Enneagram and pioneered formal research studies on the Enneagram. Part of his study involved constructing an Enneagram inventory. This current version of his highly researched and statistically validated Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales (WEPSS) can now be taken online in an updated format.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this training certify me as an Enneagram coach?
There is no single governing Enneagram body that certifies or authenticates people who are trained in the Enneagram. However, the certificate that you receive from CrossPoint is evidence and verifies that you have attended CrossPoint’s unique ‘relational’ Enneagram focused training.
What will I learn with CrossPoint’s Enneagram training?
For specific details including the syllabus click through to the registration page. You will learn all of the foundational items necessarily to have a comprehensive understanding of the Enneagram. You will also learn from CrossPoint’s relational approach to the Enneagram as a tool for change not only self-clarity.
What can I do with CrossPoint’s Enneagram certificate.
Most folks that we train are practicing life coaches, LPCs, Ph.Ds, or those looking to add an additional service to what they are already doing. However, this training is great for seasoned Enneagram practitioners looking for a refresh and those with a casual interest looking to begin their Enneagram journey. Our certificate verifies that you have undergone CrossPoint’s unique Enneagram training. Upon completion of your training you will be invited back to future, complementary 90-minute refresher sessions held through the year.
