Support Network Slack Channel Code of Conduct.

Welcome to the CrossPoint Support Network Slack channel! We value open and constructive communication. The purpose of this channel is to create a space where members of the Support Network can solicit feedback and help and offer their experience and expertise to others. To maintain a positive and inclusive environment, we ask all members to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respect Others:

Treat all community members with kindness, empathy, and respect. Disagreements are natural, but be mindful of your language and tone.

Be Civil:

Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, and harassment. Disagreements should focus on ideas, not individuals.

Stay On Topic:

Keep discussions relevant to the network’s purpose. Off-topic posts may be moved or removed.

No Spam:

Do not post spam or promotional content unrelated to the network.  

Respect Privacy:

Do not share personal information about others without their consent. Respect the privacy of fellow network members.

No Hate Speech:

Hate speech, discrimination, and harmful content will not be tolerated. Report any instances promptly.

Moderation Decisions:

Respect and adhere to decisions made by network moderators. If you disagree, reach out privately.

Help Each Other:

Support fellow members and contribute positively. Share your knowledge and experience to help others.

Report Concerns:

If you witness any behavior that violates this code of conduct, report it to the moderators promptly. Do not engage in public arguments.

Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Slack channel or Support Network.
