Sally J. Roth, B.S.

Program Director

Sally J. Roth, B.S. – I am a true “Okie from Muskogee!”  I was born in Muskogee, OK and grew up in East Tennessee where I fell in the love with the mountains and learned the art of southern hospitality.  I went to college at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN and earned a B.S. in psychology with an emphasis in Women’s Ministry.  Five days after I graduated from college I married my high school sweetheart, Clifton Roth.  I count it one of my greatest gifts and adventures to mother our 3 beautiful girls who are all named after flowers.

I have experience as an executive assistant in the corporate world.  I spent 5 years working as a birth doula, caring for and coaching mothers as they make their way through the journey of pregnancy, labor, and delivery.  It has been my joy to serve the church, alongside of my husband as a pastor’s wife.  During my years as a pastor’s wife, I enjoyed coaching small group leaders, equipping couples for marriage through premarital counseling, and serving families in the midst of crisis and loss.

I started working for Crosspoint Ministry in 2012 and have been trained and mentored in a Relational Modality of Soul Care which honors the relational created design, the psychological developmental realities, and the transcendent relationship we can experience with God through Christ.  I count it one of my greatest privileges to journey alongside of people as they attend to personal growth, disappointments, betrayals, wounds, life-transitions, and spiritual formation.  I am trained in consulting on the Enneagram Personality Profile. I often work with women who have experienced relational betrayal in marriage, and I count it a great joy to provide a space for pastor’s wives and leading women in the church to encourage discovery,  renewal, and healing as needed.
